The Settlement was approved by the Court and Judgment was entered on June 10, 2021.

The deadline to submit a claim for qualifying repair reimbursement and compensation for the sale or trade in of a class vehicle prior to procuring the recommended repairs was August 9, 2021. All eligible claims were approved and paid.
